Ian Tomlinson Cornhill Memorial
A memorial for British newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson who died during the G20 protests after collapsing in Cornhill in the City Of London district. An investigation into the case is taking place after video footage taken by an investment fund manager from New York was released and appeared to show 47 year old Tomlinson being struck from behind by a member of the police. Tomlinson was apparently not part of the protest but was actually on his way home from work.
