JPI Studios — Editorial Web Photo License

This agreement applies to the photographs listed in your public photo order. “You” means the buyer identified in that order. Permitted use After payment is confirmed, JPI Studios grants you a non-exclusive license to reproduce and display the purchased photographs for editorial publication on the web. Editorial use means use to report, illustrate or comment on news, events, people or matters of public interest. Prohibited use This purchase does not authorize advertising, promotional campaigns, product endorsements, resale, sublicensing, redistribution of the photo files, or merchandise. It does not authorize print publication, broadcast or other uses outside editorial web publication. Contact JPI Studios for permission for another use. Ownership and other rights You are purchasing permission to use the photographs, not ownership of their copyright. Copyright remains with the applicable rights holder. No rights to a depicted person's name or likeness, or to depicted trademarks or other third-party material, are granted by this agreement. Your order and acceptance The license covers only the photographs purchased in your order. The agreement accepted at checkout is saved with that order. Later changes to the public agreement do not change the terms saved with your purchase. Questions or additional permissions Contact info@jpistudios.com before using a photograph outside this license.
